Okinawa Congres has organized several academic conferences, mainly medical conferences. We provide one-stop services ranging from the supporting society office to the management of conferences. We have also been managing online events because many conferences were inevitably canceled, postponed, or the manner of holding the events changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic from 2020.
Organized the 71st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Hospital Association as an online event
Organized the 71st Annual Conference held in Meeting as an online event, and we streamed all programs through Zoom. The sessions were streamed in different formats, including live and on-demand streaming. Despite being online, we had the same number of attendees as in previous years.
Organized the 31st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Pediatric Interventional Cardiology
The meeting was held from January 23 to 25, 2020, with the theme “For children, for the future of children, and for future children”
We managed the 31st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Pediatric Interventional Cardiology. The event was held just before the Covid-19 pandemic, and parties and other social events were also organized.
The 11th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Acute Care Surgery
We organized the 11th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Acute Care Surgery (JSACS) held at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST) on October 25 and 26, 2019. It was a lively discussion with about 500 participants.
The 54th Autumn Assembly of the Japan Radiological Society
We organized the 54th Autumn Assembly of the Japan Radiological Society held at the Fukuoka Convention Center from October 5 to 7, 2018. Even though this event was held in Fukuoka, we brought the colors of Okinawa to the forefront for designing the posters with the illustrations of Ruddy Kingfisher and the Japanese paradise flycatcher.
