*You can purchase Lunch tickets from Mar 15th to Apr 29th. We would recommend to purchase lunch tickets only when you are certain to attend physically due to no refund.
Please Note there is no restaurant nearby. Small Cafeteria on campus, but it might be closed due to COVID-19.

In order to finalize the purchase of an academia ticket please send a scan of your business card (pdf or image file) via email to Key Symposium Secretariat, key-symposium2023@okicongre.jp.
If no supporting file has been submitted, we might decline your registration and ask that you purchase a non-academia ticket. We also ask that you complete the registration using the academic email address shown on your business card.
You can switch online attendance and physical attendance at anytime. However we cannot refund the lunch ticket, so please purchase the lunch ticket when you confirm the physical attendance.
