Quote
Based on your request, we will propose the number of interpreters and equipment needed.
Order and preparation
You will be requested to provide the agenda and any materials to be presented in advance for our preparation.
Day of the meeting
Interpreters will visit a designated place at a designated time. If necessary, a coordinator will accompany them.
Types of services provided
Simultaneous interpretation
It is useful for international conferences, symposia, seminars and press conferences at large venues.
Our interpreters active on the front lines provide interpretation services of the highest quality. We can also offer online (remote) simultaneous interpretation.
*One interpreter can offer simultaneous interpretation for 15-20 minutes at the longest, and therefore a minimum of two interpreters are required.
Sequential interpretation
It is useful for courtesy calls, monitoring visits, seminars, sales negotiations, interviews, internal meetings, or product demonstrations.
A speaker and an interpreter speak alternately to provide more accurate and careful interpretations.
Whispering
It is useful for small group negotiations, meetings, and solo interviews.
An interpreter will be on the speaker’s side to provide speedy, real-time interpretation services.
Attending interpretation
It is useful for small group negotiations, meetings, and solo interviews.
An interpreter will be on the speaker’s side to provide speedy, real-time interpretation services.
Online interpretation
It is useful for hybrid, online and remote meetings.
You can use this interpretation service without setting up an interpretation booth or receiving an interpreter at the site.
Bridal interpretation
We provide interpretation services specialized in bridal for bridal companies within the prefecture.
Arrangement of interpretation equipment and site set up
In addition to interpreters, we provide a one-stop service for arranging equipment necessary for simultaneous interpretation, as well as suggestions for the optimal site set up.
Training programs
(language training and cross-cultural communication training)
We conduct various training programs for government agencies and companies involved in international business and the tourism industry within the prefecture. We support the development of global human resources through high-quality language training and cross-cultural communication training.
Reference information for quote
- All day: On duty up to 8 hours, usually between 8 am and 8 pm
- Half day: On duty up to 4 hours, either in the morning or in the afternoon
- Overtime: Charged every 30 minutes when the daily duty exceeds 8 hours
- Transportation: Transportation, accommodation, daily allowance, and portal-to-portal pay for travel if a business trip is required
- Advance meeting charge: It is charged if it occurs on a different day from the meeting
- Interpreter coordination fee: From 20,000 yen (tax excluded) per case. For arranging interpreters, coordinating preparations, following up on the day, and providing after-the-meeting support.
