Enhance hospitality with a focus on human resource development
We are developing staff ready to work in the field.
Okinawa Congrès provides staffing services by leveraging venue management experience and management know-how of many facilities. We train staff on a regular basis, and people with strong language and communication skills are playing active roles in actual fields. Through the designated management and operation of the “Naha City Bunka Tenbusu Hall,” as well as operation of MICE and other facilities, we aim to revitalize the area and convey the appeal of the local culture and performing arts.

Designated management facilities
We respond to needs of diverse fields, including international conferences, educational institutions, public facilities, tourist facilities (hotels, entertainment parks, etc.), commercial facilities, various events, official documents (marriage certificates, inheritance certificates and medical certificates), contracts, restaurant menus, sales copies, advertisements, etc.
Human resource development
We are focusing on human resource development for staff working at our facilities. A variety of training programs have been introduced, including hospitality and business etiquette training, complaint handling training, and disability support training by inviting professional instructors. We also hire many language staff so that we can respond to overseas customers.

Manual preparation and staff management
Besides operation analysis, manual preparation and human resource management, the general competency to motivate people is required to operate facilities. We can also dispatch a team by managing our staff or outsource tasks.

Venue management
We can respond to various requests for venue management. We can arrange temporary staff and propose the number of personnel and short-term training as suitable for the occasion. We also have the know-how necessary for venue management.
