Contributing to society through regional revitalization and internationalization

Okinawa Congrès was established in 2003 as the first local company of Congrès Inc., a leading company in the MICE industry.

Our job is to achieve Congrès' basic philosophy of “contributing to society through regional revitalization and internationalization” and to create places where the future can be born.
We are fortunate to be involved in a wide range of MICE events held in Okinawa, including international conferences, academic meetings, and exhibition business meetings, and we are grateful that this has led to the accumulation of knowledge as a company.
On the other hand, in Okinawa Prefecture, which sees itself as a tourism-based prefecture, responding to inbound tourists can be said to be an important area of business for us. In addition to professional interpretation and translation services, we also provide language training and hospitality services by students, volunteers, and others, in line with the needs of the local community and our clients. Furthermore, in recent years, we have also focused on operating MICE and cultural facilities, and as a regional hub for communication, we will continue to actively participate in urban development centered around these facilities in the future.
The common concept of these businesses is the creation of places for communication where people can meet directly with each other.
To this end, we believe that it is our mission lies precisely in sincerely addressing the issues our customers face and working together to resolve them.

In order to “contribute to society through regional revitalization and internationalization,” we strive every day to expand our contacts with as many customers as possible and maintain those relationships.
