Important Notice:

You need to complete the registration prior to submitting your abstract.
Your registration number and password are required at the time of submission.

General Guidelines

• Your abstract must be no more than 500 words. No charts and figures can be included. Your abstract will be published in the conference program.
• Abstract submission is available on line ONLY. Please contact the secretary when necessary.
• The presenter's name should appear first in the author name list when you have co-authors.
• Submission of multiple abstracts available.
• Abstract categories are provided on the Website "Call for Papers." Please choose one for your abstract. After completing the abstract submission, you will receive a registration number and password which will be delivered to your indicated email address within 30 minutes.
• In case your abstract failed to be accepted, the registration fees shall be returned.
• After reviewing each abstract, the program committee will address whether your abstract is accepted or not via email to your indicated email address no later than October 10, 2009.

Registration Fee

The followings are included in the registration fee

• Attendance to all scientific sessions & workshops
• Congress bag with congress materials
• Daily coffee breaks
• Attendance to Opening Reception

The following fees are added if you need

Lunch during the conference	5,000 JPY per person

Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent within 7 working days by fax or e-mail, after we have received the payment and correct fax or e-mail information.

Cancellation Policy

For refund purposes the following deadlines shall apply;

Before September 15	5,000 JPY Administration fee
Before October 31	50% Cancellation fee
After October 31	No Refund
